As the Founder and CEO of Eyedea Makers, Claudia is the agency quintessential backbone. With 12 years of experience in advertising and marketing behind her.
At Eyedea Makers she is responsible for planning strategic business objectives and also implementing systems and processes to monitor and report on performance against the key performance indicators.
She strongly believes that it is important to have a clear direction of what you are trying to do and bringing in great people that can execute on the stuff for the company to advance.
She also lives by the motto "If you're a good marketing person, you have to be a little crazy"
Claudia Quek
With over years of experience as a Creative, and having worked with major brands and winning multiple awards along the way, Joyce has mastered the fine balance between extreme creativity and strategic problem solving; truly a respectable and inspirational creative leader in the industry.
At Eyedea Makers, she oversees all creative output from the agency and is responsible to maintain the agency’s standards of creative excellence, timeliness, and profitability, while meeting our clients’ goals.
Obsessively passionate about drawing, design and ideas, Joyce firmly believes that “Creativity without strategy is art, creativity with strategy is called advertising.”

With over years of experience in the advertising industry, at both the local and regional level. Leslie is responsible for overseeing and operating all financial matters at Eyedea Makers, from budgeting, auditing, client contract management and profitability and statutory compliance, to financial advisor to the CEO.

With a strong belief that research and statistics is the root to all success, Glenn believes that ample research in every aspect is as important as consuming food everyday. Equipped with professional researching skills, Glenn ensures that every research and analysis done on every report is well searched and done.
His favorite quote is “If the statistics are boring, you’ve got the wrong number”. With his strong love for numbers, statistics and research nothing can ever go wrong under his hands.
With ample experience in the public relations industry, Tammy is experienced in terms of building strong relations with previous clients and partners. At Eyedea Makers, Tammy is in charge of sourcing for potential clients and ensuring that strong relations would be built together with them. With her expertise in building good long term relations, she helps to ensure that we would attain long term clients that utilize our services over a long period of time.
Also, Tammy takes charge of all social media platforms and helps to brand our company to ensure that we live up to our company’s motto of being a driven dynamic, exciting and aspirational agency.
